Current Opportunity
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Senior Advertising Specialist to join our Group Acquisition team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimising Google advertising campaigns for dedicated FEG markets, contributing to the development of the broader performance marketing strategy. Own end-to-end delivery across Search, Display, YouTube, App and Demand Gen campaigns, including Performance Max, translating business objectives into high-performing campaigns. Collaborate closely with Group Brand and Performance Team, Customer Engagement Team and local acquisition teams to maximise marketing performance across the full funnel.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Contribute to the development of Google advertising strategy for dedicated markets, aligned with business objectives and full-funnel goals.
- Plan campaign structures, targeting and budget allocation across Search, Display, YouTube, App campaigns, Demand Gen and Performance Max.
- Build, manage and optimise campaigns directly within dedicated markets, ensuring best-in-class execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to maximise business impact.
- Act as Google platform expert for the wider Performance Marketing team, providing guidance where required.
- Drive innovation by identifying new Google product features, formats and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
You should have experience in:
- University degree, preferably in communication or marketing.
- Fluent English, both written and oral, at least C1/C2
- Preferred Certifications: Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Measurement Certification, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certification, Google Ads Video Certification or Google AI Essentials
- At least 5 years of experience in digital media, paid search or performance marketing, with proven hands-on experience planning, executing and optimising large-scale campaigns on Google advertising platforms.
- Experience managing annual media budgets and delivering performance across multiple markets and business units.
- Hands-on campaign-building and optimisation experience across Search, Display, YouTube, App campaigns, Demand Gen and Performance Max, including automated bidding strategies and asset-based campaign formats.
