We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to support our IT, Development and Product teams in FEG during the entire service life cycle (design, build, operations, CSI, ITSM). Your main goal is to ensure smooth service delivery of dedicated services within the granted responsibility domain, focusing on state-of-the-art service level management (incident/problem/change management etc.).

 

YOU WILL:

  • Maintain and evolve the existing infrastructure and applications in Azure and AWS

  • Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations in all environments

  • Troubleshoot issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues

  • Participate in service delivery during entire project life cycle (identification, ideation, requirements gathering, degin, build, testing, delivery, operation)

  • Contribute to service delivery improvement and service evangelization

 

YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in maintaining HA standards on heavy traffic systems

  • Good understanding of software development processes

  • Experience with areas such as Cloud Governance, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Dev “Sec“ Ops, Containers, Cloud-native, CI / CD Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Security as well as Windows & Linux

  • Proficiency in configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Salt, or similar)

  • Experience with ITIL processes, ticketing and CMDB tools

 

BONUS KNOWLEDGE:

  • Hands-on experience with one or more of these specific technologies:

    • On-Prem IT technology domain (DC services, storages, computing, operation systems, etc.)

    • Cloud native technology domain (IaaS, PaaS services), Azure, AWS, GCP, O365

    • IT service automation and scripting (company standard tools and utilities to maximize automation by less manual effort)

    • Networking technologies (switching, routing, firewalls, both cloud / onpremise)

    • Containerization platforms and technologies (Openshift, Kubernetes), devops principles
