Core Mission:
We´re looking for Group Senior HRIS Specialist to join our Group HR Team. As Senior HRIS Specialist your role is to evaluate and implement the user and business requirements for HR process and HR systems modifications. Your responsability will be also provide troubleshooting to assure operational availability.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and be responsible for the configuration of HR Information Systems and participate on HRIS implementation
  • Provide support for resolving HRIS issues, such as reporting, documenting process and system changes, managing system and data integrity
  • Ensures end-to-end solution of each requirement, at least a response or answer on the requirement, on the corresponding level of the responsibility.
  • Monitor and manage the stability and integrity of HR systems and data to ensure day-to-day operations and successful completion of all related changes
  • Coordinate the cooperation of HR and IT in activities related to HRIS and its changes

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with HRIS administration
  • Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
  • Deep knowledge of Success Factor is mandatory
  • Understanding of HR technology and new modern tools
  • Ability to analyze data and resolve situations related to their incorrectness and inconsistency
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • HRIS implementation and third-parties integration experience
  • Knowledge of working with databases and SQL 
  • Third-party integration experience
  • Czech language
