We´re looking for Group Senior Lawyer to join our Legal & Compliance team. The core responsibilities is to support Group´s business activities by providing valuable advanced advisory to ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and applicable regulations. The role will also participate in processes for licensing renewals and potential new license applications, legal audits and examination, the dissemination and analysis of new or revised laws and relations, research on legal issues and process development.

Responsibilities:

• Structure, draft and review contracts, reports and legal documents in various legal topics (Commercial, Procurement, HR , IT and marketing).
• Perform legal negotiations and contracting between Group and its customers working with external counsel as appropriate.
• Research, anticipate and guard the Group against legal risks.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (external counsel, suppliers).
• Handle contract management process, oversee portfolio of contracts, track status, maintain contract pipeline and provide reports.
• Oversight and coordination with outside legal counsel regarding disputes/litigation.

Requirements:

• University degree in law.
• At least five years’ experience in commercial law.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Experience within large companies is an advantage.
• Experience in the betting/gaming industry is a significant advantage.
