Current Opportunity 

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Senior Promotion Specialist to join our Customer Engagement team, responsible for the group promotions catalogue: a curated, documented library of reusable promotion mechanics that markets select from, together with the standards governing how each one is built, presented and communicated to the player. Your mandate is binding on how a promotion is executed and communicated, and advisory on what it is worth. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to: 

• Own the group promotions catalogue end to end for sportsbook and casino: define and document each reusable mechanic, add new ones, and retire those that consistently underperform. The catalogue is the primary mechanism for scaling promotional quality across all FEG markets. 
• Define and enforce the binding group standards for how promotions are built and communicated to the customer.
• Specify the end-to-end player experience of a promotion — awareness, opt-in, progress feedback, reward moment and follow-up — including how promotions are presented in web and app.
• Review market promotional plans and their commercial setup — value, cost, targeting and expected return — and advise countries accordingly.
• Own the commercial performance of the catalogue rather than of individual markets: track bonus cost against incremental return for every mechanic across all markets that ran it, manage the mix accordingly, and close the performance gap between the best and worst performing market running the same mechanic. 
• Guide and coach local engagement teams on promotional execution through playbooks, training, plan reviews and post-launch debriefs. 

What We’re Looking For 

You should have experience in: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, economics, or a related field.  
• Fluent English, both oral and written (at least C1). An additional FEG market language is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in promotions, CRM or customer engagement in sports betting or iGaming, with hands-on responsibility for planning and executing promotional campaigns. Current experience or background in gaming/entertainment is mandatory. 
• Demonstrable track record of designing promotional mechanics and improving their performance — not only running a promotional calendar. 
• Strong command of bonus and promotion mechanics across sportsbook and casino: free bets, odds boosts, cashback, missions, tournaments, free spins, loyalty and gamified mechanics. 
• Hands-on experience with promotion and bonus management tools, and with a CRM / marketing automation platform (Bloomreach Engagement or equivalent). 
• Commercial literacy: able to read promotional P&L, bonus cost, incremental lift and ROI, and to challenge a market's commercial setup credibly. 
• Able to interrogate promotional performance data independently and structure A/B tests; SQL is an advantage
