Current Opportunity:

Our vision is to be the market leader in betting and gaming by designing delightful experiences for our players. We are excited to bring outstanding research talent to boost our product design organization and drive growth and innovation.To support this vision, we're seeking a strategically minded Mid UX researcher to join our team. As a key member of our growing design and research team, you'll be responsible for creating business-critical research materials helping drive design decisions for our sportsbook, betting, and iGaming products on iOS, web, and Android platforms. 

You are a UX researcher who drives user-centered design by influencing stakeholders and senior leadership, providing actionable insights to the design team, and encouraging a culture of research-driven decision-making. You will organize, set, and execute the full scope of qualitative and quantitative research projects. In this role, you will participate in/lead strategic research initiatives and act as an advocate for the user experience across the organization. 

This role is a maternity cover.

Responsibilities:

• Use research data to influence key stakeholders and validate the design decisions
• Spearhead research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, moderated user testing, data analysis, and more
• Define and implement research objectives aligned with business objectives and user needs.Collaborate with a group (Product, Design, CRM) and country teams to ensure consistent research practices
• Turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that shape product vision
• Develop materials (e.g., reports, presentations) that help the research & design team communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Measure the impact of research on product outcomes and report findings to stakeholders
• Establish metrics to track improvements in user experience over time.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX research 

Requirements:

• Graduate degree, in human-computer interaction principles, psychology, statistics, marketing research, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of UX research experience is a plus, preferably in tech, betting, gaming, fintech, web3, or related industries
• Proven experience with various UX research methodologies and tools, not needed but ideally
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken (C1/C2) and native speaker in Czech language
• Responsible and talkative person who is not shy to present the results in front of the others in English
• The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys observing, researching, and asking questions
