Current Opportunity

Right now, we’re seeking a Group Sportsbook Product Manager to define and execute our Sportsbook product vision, strategy and portfolio roadmap across Online, Retail and Community channels.

Leading our Product Team Leaders, you will ensure that product investments deliver measurable business value, exceptional customer experiences and sustainable commercial growth. You will own portfolio prioritization, strategic planning, product governance and performance management across the Sportsbook product organization.

Working closely with Technology, Trading, Operations and Commercial teams, you will connect customer needs, market opportunities and business objectives with successful product delivery. You will also play a key role in strengthening our product-management standards and identifying new opportunities for innovation, optimization and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Define and own the overall Sportsbook product vision, strategy and portfolio roadmap across Online, Retail and Community channels.

• Lead, coach and develop Product Team Leaders while ensuring alignment, accountability and high performance across their teams.

• Prioritize the product portfolio by balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, strategic opportunities and technical requirements.

• Lead product ideation, business-case development and investment evaluation with a strong focus on business value and ROI.

• Partner with Technology, Trading, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure the successful delivery of key product initiatives.

• Oversee go-to-market readiness and stakeholder alignment for new products, features and strategic initiatives.

• Define and monitor product KPIs, OKRs and success metrics, including adoption, engagement, commercial performance and operational efficiency.

• Use customer insights, competitor activity and performance data to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.

• Act as the main escalation point for strategic product decisions, delivery risks, dependencies and portfolio priorities.

• Establish consistent product-management standards, governance frameworks and best practices across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in a senior product-management leadership role, ideally within Sportsbook, betting or gaming.

• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy and complex portfolio roadmaps.

• Strong knowledge of digital product development and the complete product lifecycle.

• Experience managing products across multiple channels, markets or customer touchpoints.

• Proven leadership experience, including leading and developing Product Managers or Product Team Leaders.

• Strong commercial understanding and experience evaluating business cases, investments and return on investment.

• The ability to prioritize competing customer, business and technical requirements.

• Experience defining and managing product KPIs, OKRs and performance frameworks.

• Strong understanding of customer research, product analytics, market trends and competitor analysis.

• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder-management and influencing skills.

• The confidence to make strategic decisions and manage complex dependencies and escalations.

• A proactive, data-driven and delivery-focused approach.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
