Current Opportunity 

 

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Technical Program Manager to join our team for Technology Portfolio & Governance in Prague. The Technical Program Manager is a key role in the Governance & Program Management department with strong focus on FEG strategic initiatives of integration branches on the FEG betting platform. The Technical PM will independently lead assigned system replatforming streams and be accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of both branch-related and Group outcomes. The position requires managing complex interdependencies across multiple parallel workstreams while coordinating product, Group Technology departments, IT vendors, and regulatory stakeholders. A key objective is to ensure a smooth transition of betting products to the FEG betting platform with focus on local regulatory and market specifics. The role also plays a critical part in governance, steering committee reporting, and data migration, cut‑over, go‑live, and hypercare phases. 

 

Overall, the role demands a highly autonomous, delivery‑focused professional who can drive visible, high‑impact transformation in a complex organizational setting. 

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

 

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to: 

  • Independently lead and deliver strategic inititives to integrate FEG branches into the universal FEG platform.
  • Define and manage strategic programs, manage the governance (Steering Committees and boards) – presentation directly to C-level.
  • Collaborate with country representatives, technology leads and product to build the integration roadmap.
  • Track integration plans, scope and timeline.
  • Collaboration on the architectural and governance framework of the program.
  • Coordination of activities of product, internal IT and vendor.
  • Preparation and management of cut-over plan, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
  • Proactive stakeholder management. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

 

  • 5+ years' experience of managing complex project /programs 
  • Proven experience core system replacement or re-platforming 
  • Proven project leadership from project initiation to the post-go live support 
  • Experience with data migration 
  • Experience with reporting to C-level management 
  • Willingness to learn industry specifics 
  • Experience with Agile/Safe working environment is an advantage 
  • Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak is a must 
  • Fluency in Vietnamese is an advantage 
  • PMI/Prince/ITIL 
  • Structured, organized and methodology driven 
  • Strong leadership and ownership  
  • Focused on delivery 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills  
  • Solution oriented and proactive 
  • Great presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Good analytical skills
