Current Opportunity

Right now, we’re seeking a Group Trading Manager to lead and further develop our Sportsbook trading function across FEG markets.

You will oversee both pre-match and live trading, with responsibility for competitive pricing, risk and liability management, operational excellence and the overall commercial performance of the Sportsbook.

As a key decision-maker and escalation point, you will help shape and execute our trading strategy while driving improvements in margin, turnover, customer engagement and efficiency. You will also lead the development of our trading teams and promote innovation, automation and scalable processes across the organization.

Working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, CRM and Compliance, you will ensure that our commercial goals, customer needs and regulatory requirements remain aligned.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Lead the overall Sportsbook trading operation across pre-match and live betting products.

• Define and continuously improve trading strategies, pricing quality and market competitiveness.

• Own risk and liability management, including exposure controls, market limits and bet acceptance policies.

• Monitor margin, turnover, customer activity and operational performance and implement data-driven improvements.

• Enhance the customer betting experience through strong market availability, content quality and product development.

• Drive automation and improve trading tools, processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.

• Act as the main escalation point for trading decisions, operational incidents and risk-related matters.

• Lead, coach and develop Trading Team Leaders and specialists while managing capacity, performance and succession planning.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, CRM and Compliance on strategic Sportsbook initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal trading policies and applicable market rules.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in a senior Sportsbook trading or trading leadership role.

• Deep knowledge of both pre-match and live betting operations.

• Strong understanding of pricing, margin management, risk exposure, liabilities and betting limits.

• Proven experience leading and developing trading teams in an international environment.

• A strong commercial mindset and experience managing Sportsbook performance through relevant KPIs.

• The ability to analyze trading and customer data and translate insights into practical improvements.

• Experience improving trading processes, tools and automation.

• Strong stakeholder-management skills and experience working across Product, Technology, Operations and other business functions.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance principles within betting and gaming.

• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive, delivery-focused approach and the confidence to manage high-impact escalations.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
