Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group UX Researcher to join our great IT department responsible for creating business-critical research materials, helping drive design decisions for our sportsbook, betting, and iGaming products on iOS, web, and Android platforms. As UX Researcher, you will drive user-centered design by influencing stakeholders, providing actionable insights to the product and design team. You will organize, set, and execute the full scope of qualitative and quantitative research projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Use research data to influence key stakeholders and validate the design decisions.
• Adopt research methodologies set by the Team lead, including usability testing, surveys, moderated user testing, data analysis, and more.
• Implement research objectives aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that shape product vision.
• Develop materials (e.g., reports, presentations) that help the research & design team communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Measure the impact of research on product outcomes and report findings to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX research

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• Graduate degree in human-computer interaction principles, psychology, statistics, marketing research, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of UX research experience, preferably in tech, betting, gaming, fintech, web3, or related industries.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken (C1/C2)
• Proven experience with various UX research methodologies and tools. Demonstrated ability in leading exploratory UX/UI research activities, such as personas, user journeys, or diary studies, is a must.
• The ability to help design, product, and other relevant Teams in choosing the best possible research methods is a must.
• Experience with scenario creation and moderating interviews or focus groups is a must.
• Experience with Usability testing tools, A/B testing as well as test creation is a must.
• Experience with statistical and web research tools (R+, SPSS and/or SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) or others is a must including knowledge of inferential statistical tests (such as t-tests, ANOVA, and regression analyses).

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• Knowledge of any of these languages: Polish, Romanian or Czeck
• Knowledge of factor, thematic, or cluster analysis is a bonus.
