As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic and trusted partner to your assigned business teams, providing comprehensive HR support aligned with our business objectives. You will build strong relationships with leaders, understand their specific needs, and translate them into HR strategies that foster high-performing, engaged teams.
In this role, you will play a key part in talent management, employee development, performance management, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, and in shaping and strengthening our desired company culture – giving you valuable exposure and experience that will significantly benefit your future HR career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not be limited to:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to managers – understand their goals and challenges and translate them into concrete HR plans and actions.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, talent management, and career development.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment (in cooperation with Talent Acquisition), interviews for key roles, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations topics, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with local labour law.
- Drive and support performance review cycles, goal setting, feedback culture, and learning & development initiatives.
- Cooperate with Compensation & Benefits on salary reviews and reward-related topics, advising managers where needed.
- Use HR data and metrics to provide insights, support workforce planning (FTE & PEREX), and enable data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with local and group HR colleagues on projects and standard processes, contributing to continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR (e.g. HR Generalist / HR Specialist); and hands-on experience with HRBP activities.
- Fluent English and experience in an international environment (ideally in a tech-driven or fast-paced industry).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, with hands-on experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on and pragmatic in day-to-day delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills, with resilience under pressure and high integrity in handling confidential information.
- Good Excel skills; budgeting and forecasting experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to cooperate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
Beyond our incredible office space, joining our team means enjoying a range of benefits:
- An annual bonus
- 5 weeks of holiday

- Access to the Cafeteria Benefit System (contribution for sports, culture, travel, and health)
- Exciting employee events, well-being programs, and internal activities
- Employee Referral Program
- Award-winning offices located in the heart of Prague with a sport/relax zone, a game room, and a relaxed atmosphere
- In-house barista service, complimentary refreshments, and weekly fruit days
- International Environment, exposure to cutting-edge projects, and hands-on experience with internal AI tools
