We´re looking for Group HR Business Partner to join our Group HR Team. As an HR Business Partner your role is to strategically support designated teams, aligning HR initiatives with company goals. You'll build strong relationships with leaders, tailor HR strategies for high-performing teams, and drive talent management, employee development, performance, relations, and organizational effectiveness to shape company culture.

 

Kindly note that this position acts as a cover for maternity leave with limited contract of two years.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to understand their goals and challenges, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and incorporating change management principles to facilitate organizational growth and agility.
  • Proactively identify HR-related opportunities and challenges within the organisation and provide innovative solutions and interventions that drive effective changes and enhance workforce adaptability.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and company values.
  • Guide managers through performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback and performance reviews.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to provide insights to business leaders and support data-driven decision-making.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in HR role (such HR Generalist or HR Specialist or similar role)
  • Experience in HRBP position is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Fluent English.
