Current Opportunity:

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused colleague to join our Learning & Development team as a Learning & Development Specialist.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for

  1. FEG talents development
    • Within talents development, you’ll be working primarily with selected talents and their managers (their direct leaders) – helping them define meaningful development goals, leading to future potential roles, create actionable growth plans, and actually make them happen.
    • You won’t just support people – you’ll also challenge them, hold them accountable, and help them turn plans into results.
  2. Other employee groups and their development.
    • You will part of the Learning & Development team, where you will be preparing other L&D programs, facilitating various discussions and workshops and lead soft-skills training, i.e. taking care of other employee groups and their development needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work 1:1 with selected talents and their direct managers to support individual growth 
  • Help them clarify development focus, set measurable goals, and build realistic, impactful plans 
  • Facilitate regular check-ins to track progress, reflect, and keep momentum 
  • Be a trusted partner who asks challenging questions, stimulates thinking, and guides conversations toward action 
  • Proactively follow up and ensure that development activities are not just planned, but truly executed 
  • Take initiative in communication – actively engage both talents and managers 
  • Facilitate internal training sessions or workshops – confidently lead learning in a group setting 
  • Design and co-create various development activities and training content 
  • Train soft skills 
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to continuously improve the participant experience 

What You Bring:

  • Experience in learning & development design and implementation, talent management, facilitation 
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build trust, listen deeply, and guide toward outcomes 
  • Structured and action-oriented – you get things done and help others stay on track 
  • Comfortable being direct and challenging when needed, while staying supportive and empathetic 
  • Proven ability to facilitate learning in a group setting (workshops and training sessions)
