Current Opportunity

The primary role of the Service Owner is to create and maintain the service lifecycle roadmap so that it aligns with the vision created by the Business and Architecture. The roadmap defines the activities of the service from launch through service improvement and finally service sunset. This role is strategic. Participates in negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for the service and negotiating with related vendors and 3rd party providers eventually. Represents the service across the organization. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not be limited to:

• Taking responsibility of a service delivery (Design, Implementation, Transition, Operation, Continuous Improvement, Budgeting)
• Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution
• Contribution towards decisions regarding adoption of selected technologies
• Communicating autonomously regularly on complicated technical matters with other teams
• End to end responsibility for respective technologies
• Administration of respective technology components
• Continuous service improvements and management
• Participation on a project related to respective service

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3-5 years of experience on the similar roles
• Experience in IT and IT Infrastructure
• Experience with administration of large sized systems
• Experience with transaction and online systems is a benefit
• Up to date knowledge and handson experience with design, architecture and operations of at least one role specific technology:
• Proven record(s) from large  IT Infrastructure Projects in domains of OnPrem or Cloud
• General overview of cybersecurity 
• Experience with ITIL processes, ticketing and CMDB tools
• IT Infrastructure certification(s) from relevant area is a plus
• Fluent English language and ideally fluent Czech language
