Current Opportunity:

FEG is looking for an Office & Facility Team Leader to oversee our headquarters. In this position, you´ll be responsible for the seamless operation and management of our facilities, including reception and cafe bar services. Your focus will be on enhancing employee engagement through effective space management and community activities, all while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Facility Management & Maintenance: Keep our HQ running smoothly by overseeing cleaning, security, and maintenance services. You´ll build strong relationships with building management and vendors, managing invoices and business continuity plans. 
  • Space Planning & Optimisation: Plan and implement office layouts that consider both our current and future business needs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to optimise our space.
  • Reception & Cafe Bar Operations: Ensure our reception is welcoming and efficient, and our café bar provides top-notch customer service.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct inspections and safety drills to maintain compliance with regulations, proposing actions to mitigate risks.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the budget for office and facility operations, reporting on expenditures and identifying opportunities for savings.

 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • High school education
  • Minimum three years of experience in facility management, office administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and the Czech language in both written and spoken form
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Experience with budgeting, health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
