Current Opportunity:

We are seeking a Solution Analyst who will need to bring the gap between business needs and technical implementation and apply analytical thinking to various situations and find pragmatic solution that will be a lasting value for the FEG customers. Our new team member will be part of the agile development team delivering a mission critical products based on a FEG business logic. We need someone who is not swayed away by technically strong individuals and is capable to make own’s voice to be heard and at the same time makes compromises where needed. Someone able to talk with business stakeholders, solution architects and developers to take their output and create tasks for the development team. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Be active part of agile development team and participate on delivering various projects across all FEG markets (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Croatia)
• Role is crucial for FEG for delivering high-quality and reliable solutions. Solution Analyst ensures that business needs are delivered successfully, translates those needs into technical documentation and helps to understand the developers.
• Define and document low-level design based on high-level architecture, collaborates with developers, architects and business stakeholders, owning and maintaining documentation to keep tech specification up to date, supporting team during development, testing and rollout (i.e. Prepare low-level design, analytical documentation and specification for developers based on inputs from solution architects and business stakeholders)
• You will cooperate with Business/product team, solution architects, middleware developers, QA, project managers/scrum masters/PO/ 3rs party providers
• Create for developers clear, structured and well-defined tasks.
• Be main contact for business, understand of business requirements
• Participate on testing of new features, prepare and execute demo to business stakeholders when needed 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• University studies (e.g.  Business Information Technology, Informatics, or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years’ experience related with IT analysis and system integration
• Strong analytical skills, communication, and negotiation skills, proactivity, handle disagreement, not afraid of obstacles, ownership mindset, strong problem solver delivers projects within deadlines.
• Understanding business needs to be able to translate into technical documentation
• Knowledge of API architecture patterns and best practices
• Knowledge of UML and CASE modelling tools (eg. Enterprise architect) 
• English and Czech language (Upper intermediate)

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• Experience in related industry
• Able to engage with big audiences
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence  
• Basic knowledge of some programming language(s) (Java, Python, .NET)
• MongoDB, Elastic Search awareness
• Experience with Docker, OpenShift (or Kubernetes)
• Experience with design of high availability architecture and power scalability
