Current Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team to help us to hire candidates for all departments of FEG, with a focus on Tech positions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the goal of this role is to support Managers in hiring talented people and handling the entire process and the business as well.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment activities and, if needed, source candidates using relevant tools (Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
  • Build a pipeline of relevant candidates on the market
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and provide pre-hire care and support
  • Stakeholder management: build & maintain a trusted partnership with your hiring managers and their teams
  • Understand their needs and be ready to advise them in recruitment. Be ready to go the extra mile and deliver coaching and training concerning hiring skills to your managers.
  • Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Taking part in various projects connected with Talent Acquisition

 

What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

  • English on an advanced level
  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech roles is mandatory
  • Knowledge of headhunting practices and tools
  • Ability in end-to-end recruitment management and offer negotiation skills
  • Strong ability in stakeholder management
  • Ability to understand the business requirements and to choose the right hiring strategy
  • Advanced level of communication skills

 

 

It would be a bonus if you bring:

  • Experience in an international environment
  • Understanding of Czech and Croatian markets is an advantage
