Current Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team to help us to hire candidates for all departments of FEG, with a focus on Tech positions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the goal of this role is to support Managers in hiring talented people and handling the entire process and the business as well.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You should have experience in:
- English on an advanced level (C1), Czech at least B2
- Experience in the role, at least 4 years
- Knowledge of headhunting practices and tools
- Ability in end-to-end recruitment management and offer negotiation skills
- Strong ability in stakeholder management
- Ability to understand the business requirements and to choose the right hiring strategy
- Advanced level of communication skills
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Experience in an international environment
- Understanding of Czech and Croatian markets is an advantage
