Current Opportunity:
Right now, we’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR department in Split. This role ensures the organization's success by guiding and executing performance management, employee life-cycle activities, employee relations, and best HR practices. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring our team members feel supported and valued by being a trusted advisor and partner to our employees and leadership team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Work closely with HRBP team to stay updated on employee relations, understand our goals, opportunities and challenges, and translate these into HR strategies and action plans
- Collaborate with managers to understand their goals and challenges, guiding them through internal processes and providing necessary support
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with Croatian labor laws and regulations. You will be go-to person for managers and employees needing guidance
- Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to provide insights to business leaders and take responsibility for budgeting and forecasting
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation etc., and resolve issues and problems with a positive and proactive approach
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team and our HR Specialist on learning & development activities
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- 3+ years of relevant practice in HR
- Proficiency in English – spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the Croatian Labor Code
- Experience with Forecasting and budgeting
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while keeping deadlines.
