Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking an HR Specialist for our office in Split, responsible for managing employment contracts, documentation, onboarding and record keeping. This role ensures that all HR administrative processes are conducted efficiently, accurately and in compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Specialist supports the HR department by handling essential HR functions that contribute to the smooth operation and success of the organization.
Kindly note that this position acts as a cover for maternity leave.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Oversee full HR administration, including the onboarding (pre-boarding), organization changes, and employee (and external contractors) departures, ensuring all contractual documentation is handled accurately
- Organize and maintain personnel records and ensure the data correctness when entering to the internal systems and other tools (such as Sheldon, JIRA, etc.)
- Prepare HR documents and update internal HR databases. Process HR agenda orders (e.g., recruitment, benefits, consultancy)
- Maintain effective communication with the payroll department by providing relevant information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, rewards, and work schedules). Cooperate with Payroll department on maintaining health prevention and safety records
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues and assist HRBP and HR Generalist in addressing employee relations issues
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition team and external partners, like insurance vendors, benefit providers and ensure legal compliance. Cooperate with external partners (Faculties, IT community, relevant associations etc.) to promote the FEG brand and the technology department on the local market
- Collaborate with colleagues from other Office&Facility, Procurement departments
- Administer and oversee all learning and development activities. Collaborate closely with the Group L&D Manager to ensure alignment with the company strategy
- Collaborate with HR Generalist on learning and development needs of employees located in CRO
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- High school diploma or higher
- 2+ year of relevant practice in HR – data management in personal systems, provision of contractual documentation, creating reports, and working with ordering systems
- Knowledge of English language proficiency level – spoken and written (C1)
- Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
- Enthusiasm and ability to communicate positively with colleagues and partners
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
